About this apartment rental
Makai 605 is a newly renovated, highly desirable, top floor bay front unit. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street on the Bay. Walk to the Convention Center, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center, and billiards room. The condo renovations include new furniture, TV's, and nautical decor throughout. Additionally, there are all new ceiling fans, flushed mount LED lighting, and digital dimmer switches. Bathroom upgrades include new elongated toilets and larger shower heads with detachable sprayers. Bedroom lamps have built-in USB ports for device charging. This deluxe unit has a king, a queen, a queen sleeper sofa, and dining area. **Newly added service, linens & towels are now provided. Guests will supply all paper and soap products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit rents any 3 days all season. This owner offers a $50 military discount on a weekly stay. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Very nicely maintained condo! Views of the bay were nice, sunsets were amazing and convenient to a lot of restaurants and things to do! Washer and dryer were a nice plus too!

The view is amazing. The entire condo was great. Loved that the master bedroom has its own entrance to the balcony and its own walk in closet/bathroom. The kids had their own bathroom. Plenty of room. The only problem i had was removing the trash at the end of the stay. The location of the dumpster was confusing. Make sure you bring your own trash bags. I needed at least 3 bags for the entire week, and they only supplied the 1 main kitchen bag. We got by but i would suggest it. Linens/hand & dish soap were provided. I wish there was a dust pan though. Not a big deal. The beds were super comfortable. I wish i could take the bed home with me. All together it was great. I would recommend the condo to anybody. No big complaints.
