My son did his first Iron Man and we chose our stay because it was like a home away from home. The comfort it provided and the ability to be able to cook meals was a plus.

Overall the house and the pool were truly great. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked at all - we had to run out and buy coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. and there definitely wouldn’t have been enough plates/silverware if it was a full house. The primary bathroom is also super strange - no door between the bedroom and bathroom and no door on the water closet. If you can get past those things then the place is great - comfortable, great pool, good shade, great communication from the host.

Our small group was staying here for a long weekend getaway. There were pros and cons ...mostly pros to this home.Cons:*The biggest con is with the management company, Evolve. I messaged twice prior to our stay with questions and they were VERY unresponsive or extremely delayed. I finally got through via phone but the service was subpar.*Unfortunately, the outdoor tv shown in the photos was not working. The property owner was very responsive stating that maintenance couldn't come by until 48 hours later but that we could move a different tv to the outdoors - which we did. Just a hassle and our group was fortunate to have the ability to do this. Maintenance never came.Pros:*It was in a good neighborhood with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. *The property was large. Plenty of space to move about and not be on top of each other.*The pool was wonderful. I question if it was heated (which I paid for) but still enjoyable in the heat of the day.

House was not as clean and well kept. Kitchen could use some more plate and bowls - not enough for the capacity. Owner was very responsive when I reached out. Had to contact multiple days for the pool lights and fountain to be turned on - would be nice if there were onsite controls for these items. Overall, we had a nice stay and the owner received our feedback.
