This home was perfect for our family of 5 and even accommodated a sleepover for my 13yo daughter. The location is central to everything and the quiet neighborhood allowed for a retreat from the craziness of the 4th of July on 30a. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot at the beach.

This neighborhood is amazing, very safe, very clean. Great beach access and pool area. The tranquil turtle was nice. We enjoyed the back screened in porch and the golf cart. However, I gave this home a 4 out of 5 stars because of the lack of beach equipment provided. We have stayed in the area multiple times in different homes and have always been provided with beach chairs and umbrellas. This would not be such a problem except for we fly in so we are unable to bring our own equipment.

Property is exactly as listed, impeccably maintained, the grounds and neighborhood was beautiful, the pool perfect, and the boardwalk walk to the beach was a favorite for everyone. We went in the off season and basically had the entire place to ourselves. Golf cart was perfect to get us to local hangout spots, etc. My only request would be maybe a little extra basics like extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Those things are hard to buy in small quantities.

The size and set up of the property is good. My concern was with the cleanliness of the floors, swept but had not been cleaned in some time. Largest concern was with the amount of bugs that we encountered during our stay…with two small children this became very unsettling.
