Overall, this is a great place in a great location. The pool and grills in the complex are great as in the walkability to Mountain Creek water park. It's only a short drive to DQ and a few minutes to Warwick. The interior is a little dated but pretty well up kept. Washer and dryer are great and the kitchen is pretty well appointed with everything you need to cook most things. There is a tiny deck too.The only real drawback is the lack of true broadband Internet access. It's about 25M downstream but only 5M upstream which makes video calls (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet) a nonstarter, often including FaceTime. And if anyone is watching TV you can't do anything else online. If you're outside doing stuff, this is not a big deal at all. But it's quite challenging (or not possible) to fully work from the house. I asked specifically about the a few weeks before our stay, but didn't get an answer from the owner at all. I also contacted them during our stay to see if we could possibly upgrade the service, but again got no response.The person managing the property was really responsive with helping us check in a little early.
