The space
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this house has incredible options.
You can take in the view from the outside loungers, relax in the comfy outdoor sofas, or fish off the dock. If you like to stay active on vacations, there is plenty to do. You can, kayak, go for a swim in the lake, go hiking, or golf nearby.
Lake views abound from the Kitchen, Dining, & Living Rooms!
★Kitchen
The open concept chef's kitchen is a delight! No expense was spared on the quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
The 10 ft x 5 ft island has barstool seating for 5 guests.
Please note: Despite having one - there is no garbage disposal use at this property due to the septic holding system.
★Dining Room
The dining table can seat up to 8 guests (there is an additional 6 person dining table on the deck as well) .
★Living Room
• 55” Smart TV – Stream your favorites
• Spacious Seating – Comfy oversized L-shaped couch perfect for morning coffee, movies, lounging or games.
• You may log into the TV with your personal streaming apps.
★Deck & Outdoors
The oversized deck is a great place to spend most of your time. You can see the sunrise to your left with some coffee, or the sunset to your right with a cocktail, mocktail or glass of wine.
Relax on the comfortable lounge seating for 8-10 people, and enjoy the gas fire table that you can easily turn on and off with a knob.
★Kayaks
There are two kayaks. We have provided two adult life jackets, which we require you to use when using them. If you are bringing children please bring child life jackets to assure they fit properly.
★Lake and Private Dock
Bring your boat or rent one at one of the nearby Lake Murray Marinas. There is parking available for one boat on our floating dock.
There is also plenty of lakeshore to swim and float around. You can access the swimming area from the ladder on the dock, or via the shoreline.
We also have great fishing off our dock. Common fish by our point are catfish, bass, and bream.

Sleeps 7 comfortably, and we can accommodate up to 9 with an available air mattress.

This is a quiet residential area. You will have access to the entire home except the locked owners pantry and closet
You will also have access to the oversized deck, yard, and swimming area.
Other things to note
This house is very close to the water and on a semi - wooded lot. Expect to see wildlife including bugs, birds, turtles, muskrats, squirrels, ants, spiders, mayflies, fish and deer. If bugs or animals bother you, this listing will not be a good fit. Regular pest treatment is done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip in if the doors or windows are left open.
We do not allow parties. All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own life jackets in the event provided life jackets are not the correct size. Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk.

Water shoes if walking in lake and shoreline
We also regularly have yard maintenance, pest maintenance, and other routine maintenance workers on the exterior to keep the house looking it's best.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

Our host, Erin, was amazing! She was in touch with us making sure we had everything we needed and answered all the questions about the house. Her home is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the large kitchen and outdoor area. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The view out back windows of lake is absolutely amazing. The living area is large and kitchen is fully stocked. I love how they had extra TP, soap, etc... you really don't need to bring anything. Eric is very communicative and answered all my questions! Towels were soft and plentiful. Beds are comfy. Dock and boat ramp were perfect for us. Lots of fish caught right off of it! The family of deer throughout the neighborhood is fun to see. I don't have one bad thing to say, which is unusual... I'm very picky and scroll through properties for days trying to find a good one for our family. We hope to be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Pictures did not disappoint! The property was super clean and beautiful! There were 9 of us (3 being teenagers) and the space was perfect! We rented a boat for the weekend and docked it right outside. The host was extremely communicative and responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the deer, hawks, and fish. The inside was immaculate, but the outside was also well manicured and a great place for the kids to play. Places to eat were within 15-20 minutes too!
