Cozy cottage in quiet area by the river with access to floating pontoon on the river, kayaks and beautiful garden views. Close to Paris, the closest train station is Oissel with a direct line into Paris!
The property has 3 bedrooms
main bedroom mattress 160.200, electric bed for a full relaxation
the bathroom has a double ended bath for 2, Jacuzzi for different type of massages for full relaxation
massive BBQ right by the river, with full river view.
2nd bedroom has a 2 seperate bed, also electrique. beds could be joined as a double bed, as also could remain as two single bed.
they are 90x 200 each, making a double bed of King size
With a 3rd bedroom also with a full double bed.
The showeroom is spacious and oriental style tiles
The PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN, has 2 massive restaurant style sink... a professional gaz cooker, grinder coffee machin for making real coffee, and all mod com
full river view..from the open space kitchen living area with a huge sofa,
of course washing machine
however, due to the size of the kitchen sink, we decided to opt out with dishwasher
