Spacious Lake House with Sam Rayburn Water Frontage

Beautiful property and owners were great communicators. Very clean and spacious. We have family that live on the same street so very nice to be within walking distance to lake access. With aging parents it was difficult for them to walk due to such steep driveway incline and the elevator was also out of order so we had to adjust sleeping arrangements which worked out fine. The only major drawback was no TV.

Unfortunately the water in the Lake was down 8 feet and we were not able to access the property with our boat. This was obviously not the fault of the owner but we spent a lot of time loading and unloading our boat. The house itself was really nice but beginning to show some wear and tear on the outside. Host left a nice gift bag of snacks which we enjoyed. The lower oven was not working. The grass in the yard needed mowing. Overall we enjoyed staying there but we paid quite a bit to not enjoy access to the water at the house. Again, no fault of the owner on that.

We had such a great time being able to celebrate family. The house was very clean, the host communicated very well with us. The lake was down because they were working on the dam but that’s okay! The air conditioning was top tier and very much needed! Thank y’all for such a great getaway weekend!

Wonderful property. We would stay again.
