The bungalow, renovated in 2025, is located in the residential area with prestigious villas of Saint François, Guadeloupe, with walking access to the beach at 300m (the lagoon of Saint-François) Access to the beach is done with a badge, and you will cross a tropical, supervised and secure park to arrive on the beach (lagoon of Saint François).
The bungalow is close to Sainte-Anne (10 minutes), Gosier (15 minutes) and the village of Saint-François (5 minutes). It has a beautiful wooden terrace, equipped with a bar, a lounge and a table. The comfort is optimal and the decoration is neat. The bedroom is located and the main room is equipped with an air fan.
The equipment is complete with Wifi access. The jacuzzi is located in the garden. It is shared with the Chamb'Bouchons.
Linen, towels and beach towels are provided in the bungalow, as well as 2 foutas, 2 bathrobes and a beach bag.
To compensate for water cuts, a buffer tank is in place.
Your parking lot is in front of the entrance to the house.
The town of Saint-François located in the north of the island, has savannah-type vegetation, beautiful white sand beaches, a marina with many restaurants and shops, a fishing port, a beautiful church, a casino, a magnificent golf course, an aerodrome and all the current shops, administrations and pharmacy.
