This was our first family vacation in 10 years and I will say it was amazing. The house was perfect. Steps away from the beach. When you look at the listing you never know what you are going to get but I will say everything stated was there. We cooked in every night and had plenty of cookware. Kitchen was fully stocked!! We had 2 little ones with us and it was perfect being so close to the beach and the rooms worked out great for us. The table fitted all of us so dinners and family game night was great!!! Highly recommend this house to all!!! We actually had a visitor come to our door who is renting the house next year…he was super nice and also loved the house!!!

Beautiful stay. We really enjoyed our time. We had 6 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was really clean. Short walk to the beach made it easy for the kids. No complaints.

This home is nice and steps to the ocean. That is fabulous. The beach is absolutely stunning!
The kitchen is fully stocked and the property manager is very responsive as we had a few problems and they worked to resolve them quickly.
The pool is a community pool and quite a distance from the home. They have a lot of rules so the pool was not much fun.
Our beach wagon broke two days into the trip.causing us to try and carry everything to the beach. On our last day, two maintenance men came and brought a new one for the next customers. That was disheartening. They also assembled a new grill and said , the grill we used was in terrible condition. We knew that, yet used it the whole week.
We had a wonderful time in OBX yet the cost of the house, approximately 5,000.00 for the week was a lot for the older home and its amenities.
