Located in the elegant Settlers Creek complex, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious town-home is set in a great location with wonderful amenities and is sure to be your perfect mountain retreat! With two living areas, there is plenty of room to bring all of your family and friends! The bright and spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and features a beautiful stone wrapped gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. Enjoy the stunning views out the window from the comfort of your couch, or walk out onto the private patio and breathe the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for dinners in. Serve your family at the dining table which seats 6 comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Downstairs, there is a second living area featuring a large sectional couch and flat screen TV, perfect for family movie nights.
On the main level, there are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private patio entrance. The second guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs, is the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a standing shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs in the living area, featuring a twin over double bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a cup of cocoa. Enjoy hiking or biking on one of the many nearby scenic trails, or take a short drive to explore Arapahoe National Forest. We enjoyed the good sized space where we had room for everyone to eat and gather and sleep. The property manager resolved our pool key issue and responded very quickly to our request. The clubhouse is also really nice.

Place has a good layout, with a couple minor comments to improve. Carpeting is on its last leg
stained and not cleaned well. There are only a handful of cups in the cupboard. However, there were over 60 pieces stemware. So, our teen boys were drinking milk out of wine glasses throughout the trip. Finally, there was literally one dish towel, and one roll of paper towels. Again, not a crisis, but was inconvenient, particularly given the preliminary price paid for the rental.

Great property for a group vacation. Plan a 5 to 10 minute walk to the bus taking you to Keystone Resort.

Generally property was nice. Needs some updating and new cookware. The Teflon coating was scratched and not safe. Some beds were not very comfortable (mine was fine!). Great pillows! Very convenient to pool and hot tub. Trash removal was a bit of a problem. Couldn’t find instructions where to put trash. Finally asked other residents but that was a hassle to take to dumpsters in the snow. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful! Would definitely return!
