About this apartment rental
Newly decorated 2nd floor unit with a comfortable “coastal cottage” flair, this 1342 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo features extraordinary panoramic views of the Gulf and the Center pool complex from the living room and master bedroom. Close to all our amenities, it’s wonderfully suited for a family vacation. And free wireless internet makes it the perfect place for a working vacation.
The well-stocked kitchen and laundry area are fully equipped, including a full size washer and dryer. Other features include wet bar with ice maker, 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 40" Flat screen TV
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, 32" Flat screen TV
Living Room: 60" Flat screen TV
Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, Do Not Discount Rate. Saturday to Saturday rentals only for June and July.
Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in
Monthly rentals require $500 down payment, remainder of 1st month due 60 days prior to check-in
PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. Each vehicle parked on property will need to purchase a Parking Pass.

Condo was in a great location; clean, well equipped, and the grounds were well maintained/manicured. The only complaint is that the small bathroom plumbing was off...cold was hot & hot water was cold!

In 20 years as a Sea Chase Customer I have never stayed in a dud. 203C is not a dud but it is overpriced. In season $350 a night for a 2BR 2 BA on beach unit is what the market will bear. I don't fault them for charging what they can get. This unit is basic and the air condition is whack.
