This colorful two story Old Town cottage is just right for a delightful stay in the Conch Republic. VILLA CUBANA is located right in Old Town, one block away from Duval Street and smack dab in the center of the fun. You couldn't be any closer to the nightlife and attractions of downtown, yet you are tucked away in a quiet gated community you would likely not notice even as you walked by. This tropical two-bedroom retreat feels very spacious with tall ceilings and lovely natural light. You won't need a car, but should you decide to bring one you will have one designated spot in the parking lot.
WINDWARD PARK COMMUNITY...
The gated community of Windward Park is tucked away a block off Duval Street, and requires a key for access to this small compound. The resort-style community pool is shared with only a handful of homes, and is surrounded by chaise lounges that get both sun and shade throughout the day. Designated parking is provided for one vehicle in the private parking lot.
THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN...
As you enter VILLA CUBANA through the front door of the house, you'll be greeted with a light-filled living area with uniquely tall ceilings, bright colors, and upscale furnishings. A flat screen Smart TV on the wall overlooks the spacious living area with plenty of seating. Off of the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the high-end tools and appliances you'll need to whip up a meal at home (if you can resist the temptation of all of the famous Key West restaurants within walking distance, that is). A dining table sits off the kitchen, with space for 4. Additional seating at the bar is convenient for a quick bite.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
• First Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, full closet, overhead fan, small desk, flat screen TV, direct access to the back patio, and direct access to the second bathroom with a glass shower.
• Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, overhead fan, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.
ALL LAST KEY VACATION HOMES INCLUDE:
• Washer and Dryer
• Central Heat and A/C
• Ceiling Fans
• Flat Screen TVs in Living Room and All Bedrooms
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Basic stock of spices
• Starter supply of paper products

• This property will accommodate up to 4 adults
• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

The property is ideally located to activities in Key West. It is comfortable and well equipped, very quaint, and in great condition. Our contact (Alena Morgan) could not have been more helpful, including a welcome Key Lime pie and meeting us on a Sunday afternoon to assist us in settling in. She was also helpful in providing dining & activity recommendations throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place.

This community is quiet and located in the perfect location! This property owner has thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. The decor is perfect, the beds are comfortable and this cottage is welcoming. It was the perfect home to return to and relax after long days at the beach, shopping and site seeing. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends and family.

The townhouse was gorgeous and spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could cook. The grounds felt like being in an oasis, with beautiful gardens and the pool. It was ideally situated, close to restaurants and the water. Everything was within walking or biking distance.
