Lovely mid century modern ranch that has been renovated! 1.5 mi from Notre Dame Open concept , with patio, grill and fire pit! Black out curtains , big screen tv with great Sonos sound Close to downtown and restaurants . Lovely neighborhood!

Perfect for a football weekend stay! House is so charming and convenient to Notre Dame. Lots of gathering space, fully appointed kitchen. Appreciated the fresh baked cookies and coffee provided. Would definitely stay again!

A few constructive criticisms: 1). The listing needs to state that the house is otherwise occupied by a family full time. 2). Room needs to be made in all of the bedroom closets for guests to hang their clothes. 3). All doors and windows should be locked upon arrival. 4). The blinds in the front bedroom closest to the bathroom fall easily. 5). Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer should all be empty for guests.
