About this apartment rental
Come enjoy our beautiful beachfront condo. 3bd/2bath is perfect for families and friends of all sizes. Sleeps 8, but contains 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, futon, sectional couch, two recliner, twin cot and pack and play if needed. Newly remodeled. Unit has 2 50 inch TVs, DVD, BluRay players, Netflix and more. In unit private Wifi and also poolside private wifi. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do. We tried to create a place where you and your family can relax and enjoy each other.
This is a ground floor unit. Short walks to ocean, pool/hottub, tennis courts and parking. Kitchen comes with everything you need. All appliances, including toaster and coffee maker. We have all the basics, please feel free to reach out with any question.
Guest have private beach access, access to pools, hot tub, our beach toys, coolers, bbq grill and beach wagon. There are also Bbq grills, and books at the community center building on the property.
We will communicate as needed.
Nice quite side of the complex on the first floor with lots of room for the kids or family to sprawl out on the lawn
There are golf cart rental, really cheap cab rides on the island or bike rentals. Or your cars.

A wonderful time. Our condo had everything a family needs, even beach toys. Property's impeccable.Our host was great.

Great place to stay for a group of 7 with two kids. Beach was very close to unit and even during summer it wasn’t very busy. Nice amenities including pool, tennis courts and beach showers. Condo itself was a lil dated in some areas but had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfy !

Our family stayed the week of July 4th. The condo is close to the parking lot, so we didn’t have to walk far, and the pool it right at the front door. Everything was nice and clean, inside the condo and outside on the property. I liked that the condo is on the ground floor and didn’t have to go up any stairs carrying bulky or heavy items. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation here and would rent it again.
