This house is located in downtown Hot Springs in the Uptown area. It is close to all Hot Springs National Park attractions and has been recently remodeled. In addition to the updated interior, guests enjoy outdoor living areas which include a large private backyard with an outdoor dining area, charcoal grill and gas fire pit.
The house features a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with a large living area and dining area that connects to the kitchen. The open layout provides a great spot for friends and families to socialize and relax after a day enjoying Hot Springs National Park attractions.

Beautiful home and so clean! We loved the deer too! Had a great time in Hot Springs at Garvan Gardens and shopping and then came back and played games at the table with snacks and drinks! Couldn’t have asked for a better girls trip. Thank you!

We’ll stay again. Owners were awesome. House was Clean, cute, and cozy. The kids loved that we saw deer in the front and back yard. 5/5 rating.

Very clean property but the AC unit does NOT work well here. The owner sent out a repairman the first night, but as he stated, the unit was too old to adequately cool the house. This was a grandkids trip to Magic Springs and we ended up checking out a day early due to being too hot and little ones being miserable. There was no resolve or refund provided for our inconvenience.
