Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 45 minutes from the condo.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the condo.
When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service such as Uber/Lyft in advance.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
*Check in 4 P.M., check out 10 A.M.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location to the beach and 30A was perfect. The private beach was unbeatable. The bathroom was slightly less than ideal with an unfinished ceiling and gaps in the walls/ceiling, as well as a shower knob that worked backwards, but we figured it out. The main TV's remote also only functioned to turn on the tv and adjust the volume. We had to use remote apps on our phones to operate the TV. All in all though, it was a GREAT location and we would recommend Sunseekers to anybody!

The location is phenomenal but I thought our room would have a beach view from the pictures posted online but it did not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however.

the overall stay was very pleasant - the location was great and the place was the perfect size. it was advertised as a room with an ocean view but we ended up getting an interior room instead of a balcony room. the facility didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well and smelled of mildew as well as rotting or chipping paint around the doors leaving debris al over the floor and a huge water spot in the shower area. we also weren’t able to use our tvs the entire stay as well as not having any wifi - i did message the host and they said they’d get back to me but never did. just a few small things but overall a pleasant stay.

Could not beat the location of this property. Right on beach and easy access to sand, ocean, and local eateries. Inside condo itself could use some refreshing. TV remote did not work during entire stay and extra sheets, blankets and pillows could use replacing. Also only got 2 small beach towels for the week that could use some refreshing as well. Important to note that beach chairs are not on property so you will need to rent every day unless you bring some as we did. Everything was as promised just have gotten more for the money at different vrbo's in past.
