Very tasteful and luxuriously furnished apartment in the heart of the quiet and family-friendly village Maloja, Grisons. Famous Langlaufloipe few meters. The apartment is classified by the Swiss Tourism Association with 5 stars.
The apartment no. 4 in the 2nd. OG of Casa La Montanella is a true holiday dream. Spacious, tastefully furnished, all day natural light, all-round view of the mountains. The house is situated at about 1800 m above sea level. M in the peaceful and quiet resort of Maloja. In the evening, an opening up to the balcony, a sea of stars, within reach.
The apartment has a large master bedroom with separate dressing room and bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. The 2 x 2 m bed with parents lying one looks at the morning getting ready to 3159 m high, snowcapped Piz da la Margna in full size. Even from the bathtub you can enjoy a magnificent view of the woods and the surrounding mountains.
From the spacious living / dining room one can thanks to generous window elements enjoy a magnificent panoramic view to the south-and west - mountains and greenery all around. From dining table, the kitchen and the guest room looks out directly on the 2780 meter high Piz Lunghin and the Inn-origin with its waterfall. The large dining table in the kitchen area seats up to 8 people. There is a free-standing cooking island with large induction cooking plate, height-adjustable and lighted hood. The island and the worktop in the kitchen are decorated in black granite (Nero Assuloto): very sensitive and easily. In the kitchen is brand appliances from ZUG: microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The large living room with a maximum ceiling height of about 5m to spend your evenings in comfortable chairs and a nice sofa. And if you bring the, moved into the apartment floor heating, not the desired heat, heat is Just the fireplace on. You will find enough firewood in the home, curl up by the fire comfortably and enjoy stress-free your evenings. In the basement you can use a common laundry room. The following washing machine, dryer, sink, iron / ironing board and plenty of space to hang your clothes to dry. There is also a locker to stow all skis, snowboards or sledges. For an extra charge it is possible to use our private, heated garage (18 EURO / day). There is for you a reserved parking space and plenty of parking outside the house.
