Walking distance from Sanford Hospital, the Mall, gas station, restaurants, 3M Manufacturing and The Dakota Event Center. Gym within 1 mile. Clean, cozy, fully-furnished Apartment all to yourself. Laundry available on-site.

The place was clean and well stocked for a short or long stay. The only negative note that I have is the strong odor of pet urine, especially in the bedrooms. With this being a pet friendly rental, associated smells and remnants of pets are expected, so this does not diminish my rating. However I do feel like it needs to be mentioned since the odor was particularly strong and consistently noticeable throughout the entire apartment. Overall we were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen, towels, and cleaning supplies. Would defenitely consider staying here again if the smell issue gets resolved.
