Great property for a lake vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, spices, and everything you need to make a family meal. Also plenty of plates, glasses, silverware. We had 7 guests and mostly used the kitchen in the main house. Big dining area overlooking the water was a huge bonus.
House is located on the main road but there was little to no noise. Very convenient to get to the grocery store or the local parks for hikes. Also close to restaurants if you’re dining out.
Ideally located on the water as well. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect.
Family time- the house is well stocked with games. A big selection of board games as well as a great game room. Foosball was the big hit for us. We spent many nights in that game room and there’s something for everyone. The outdoor fire pit was also quite nice. Lots of chairs on this property so no one was left out.
Property was well maintained and felt like a lake house retreat. Everything was in good working order and was clean when we arrived.
Complaints- Buy a new grill. Please!! What a piece of junk. There’s one non-functional grill and one that was just about the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen. No excuse when the weekly fee is in this price range.
Overall a great property and was a reasonable value.

It was just the perfect set up for our family. We come to Deep Creek every Thanksgiving and would like for this to be our regular rental from now on. Only glitch was the heat turned off a few times.

We really enjoyed the property. It's sometimes hard to find homes that have separate beds for 11 adults...you usually can find sleeping for a lot more, but not individual beds for so many. Our work team was quite comfortable in the main and guest house. We also really enjoyed the game room...it was a fun venue right in the home! The only issue we had was that the carpet was wet in the main living room area...we guessed it had been cleaned, but it had not dried. I think it took until our final morning for it to feel dry. Other than that, it was a lovely space with lots to do and plenty of room for all of us!

Close to renting a boat or getting some food.
