About this villa rental
Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa located just 1 km from the beach and the centre of Grau d'Agde. This spacious property of 210m² is the perfect place for a family holiday.
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, lined with majestic century-old pine trees, the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The expansive 1000m² plot has an 8x4 meter swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. A large 40m² terrace with a pergola invites you to enjoy alfresco dining, while a large barbecue will allow you to prepare delicious feasts with your family. You can also enjoy the Provencal garden and the parking space for up to 5 cars.
Inside the villa, you will find all the comforts you need. On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. A comfortable dining and living area provide friendly living areas where you can relax and spend time with your family. A separate toilet is also available on this level.
On the half-level, you will find a practical bathroom as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, for your convenience.
On the first floor, you will discover four comfortable bedrooms, ideal for accommodating the whole family. In addition, a dormitory is available, ideal for the youngest. An additional bathroom with toilet completes this floor.
For your comfort throughout your stay, the house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant temperatures even on the hottest days.
