*NOTE: POOL/SPA HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $40 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
*GRILL rental: $85 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.

My family and I enjoyed this house, the kids swam in the pool 2-3 times a day. I only had 2 issues. the AC was set at 66, which was way too cold for us. I changed the temp to 75 probably 15 times but after about an hour it would reset to 66. The other issue was not from the home but the resort, this is a gated community and when you check in they don’t give you a gate code. They have security at the gates until around 7pm to let you and your vehicle in, after that you have to wait for the main gate across the street to notice you and let you in. We waited 15 minutes one night to get into the gate, after that night we made sure to be in before the gaurd left.

The house its self was very comfortable and homey feeling. The customer service however wasn’t so great we asked a few time for the pool heat and the grill and they never responded to that. A few messages that were sent while being there went unanswered as well. The kitchen has lots of dishes but the cooking utensils are cheap and broken I had to go buy my own can opener which I left to replace the broken one they had. The air hockey table wouldn’t turn on and is falling apart. The chairs on the back porch were not the ones in the picture but metal folding chairs. There is no pool skimmer so there was bugs in the pool and we had to borrow the neighbors. The house stays pretty warm so we went and bought a fan. If you have more than one car parking is tight.
