About this house rental
Charming home located in the Killegray Ridge on South Beach with 1 minute walk to the beach! This home is the perfect for families. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1-K, 1-Q, and 2 twin XL beds). Each bedroom has flat screen TV.
A 6 passenger golf cart is included in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club is available for separate purchase to enjoy private pool access with lovely children pool area, dining, golf, tennis, fitness!
Saturday/Saturday rental. 4 pm arrival/10:00 am departure.
**PEAK SUMMER SEASON SATURDAY TURN DAY**
**Includes: Beach Chairs, Gas Grill, Beach Toys, and Regular Coffee Maker. Highchair and Pack and Play are available and located in the first floor bedroom closet.
**Linens and bath towels are included in rental.
** Adult bikes are available at the house. We DO NOT guarantee bikes and beach towels. There is a place on the island to rent bikes if more or other sizes are needed.
**BHI Club memberships is different for every house and depends on dates. For club rates please contact the BHI Club for guest memberships directly or go on the website. We do not control club rates.

Kim is great. This was our second time staying at her lovely home with great views and beach access. No complaints at all- there were a couple snags but Kim handled everything perfectly. Would stay there again and again.

This was our second year staying here and we had the best time! Great location - easy proximity to both the beach and the shops/restaurants around the Maritime Market. The house is laid out really nicely so that our kids waking up early didn't bother the master bedroom.

We found everything we needed and more at this beautiful, immaculately clean and well-kept beach house. Every day we walked the boardwalk straight from the house to the beach without having to get in the cart. There were two beautiful adult bikes, lots and lots of beach equipment, including chairs and a Shibumi. There are also lots of beach towels. Kim is the best host ever.
