About this house rental
Welcome to Rocky Road Haus, hosted by InvitedHome. Tucked just right in amongst the quaking aspens and old-growth spruce, this Bavarian-Esque-styled home is ideal for families and friends. This home features an in-wall oxygen system, delivering fresh O2 to two hoses in the living room and two hoses in each of the bedrooms. Perfect for preventing altitude sickness for those guests coming from lower elevations. Between the main and guest house, there are eight bedrooms for ample sleeping arrangements and utmost privacy. In the main house there are six bedrooms on various levels. The bunk room downstairs is the den for kids to hide away and play. Over in the guest house, there are two more bedrooms and a unique lofted space with a playful ladder to climb. The flagstone flooring and oak inlay woodwork compliment the oversized log cabin feel, then adorned with two-story windows to perfectly frame the San Sophia Range beyond.
The year-round heated patio hugs the home and sets the mood for endless time well spent in the fresh mountain air complete with a built-in barbeque, gas fireplace and two hot tubs. Thoughtfully considered for generations to enjoy, this home bodes no reason to leave home - simply enjoy the creature's comforts as fond memories form. When it comes to venturing away from home, snag a slice at the base of Mountain Village plaza at Crazy Elk or head on over to the Historic Town of Telluride for fur shopping at Overland Sheepskin Co on Main Street. Live like a local and grab some treats from Baked in Telluride before heading back down Rocky Road to this picturesque wooded enclave easy to call home.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 17 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
- Dial-A-Ride is also available for those who prefer heading into the Village.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

This is the second time we have stayed for a small executive retreat. we love the setting and privacy.’Host/PM was great, responsive and accurate in communications. Hot tube was difficult to use, no way to turn on the jets, or instructions, Batteries out in the outside fireplace for remote lighting. Grill was difficult to use as well, but we got it done. Will return if possible.

Very nice property and spacious. Beds comfortable; plenty of space for several families to spread out; great views. Only negative was that one of the two hot tubs was not functional. Otherwise, it was as described and depicted. I'd return.

We had a combined family of ten stay. Enough room and then some for us. Privacy for many couples. Living areas that fit all of us. Great kitchen and outdoor areas. It was amazing!
