The location is ideal: Pacific Grove’s charming downtown is just a short stroll away: cafes, restaurants, bistros, galleries, boutiques, antique shops, and a cinema.
Lover’s Point and the Beach House Restaurant are only a few blocks in the other direction, as is the Coastal recreational trail (Cannery Row and the Monterey Aquarium are just over a mile away).
This cheery, compact cottage has one bedroom and a bath with a shower. There’s a small patio out back with a dining table, four chairs, a bench and a barbecue.

The Tiny house is in a sweet location - 5 minutes walk from Pacific Grove's central commercial area on Lighthouse Avenue, and 5 minutes walk the other way to Lover's Point. Wow! Passionfish, Toasties, Sergeant Pepper's Ice Cream, Winston's, The Red House, Bookworks... This was the perfect get-away spot for my wife and me. Hoping to return soon. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay at this tiny house.Ideal location in Pacific Grove for walking to the shore, shops, restaurants and the Grove Market grocery store.Very quiet street. Tiny house nicely appointed with comfortable sitting area, well-equipped kitchen and nice bedroom. The bathroom is a bit small but certainly functional. We would definitely stay here again.

A Tiny House was a perfect fit for the two of us. Location is great for easy access to coastal boardwalks/trails and to downtown for dining and shopping. We appreciated the quite neighborhood. Driveway was small for our mid-size SUV so we only used it overnights. We noticed essential kitchen supplies missing (aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap and a variety of zip storage bags). We notified Monterey Rentals (Kyle) and supplies were delivered immediately. We also noticed the bathroom water supply has a slight sulfur odor when first used which dissipates after water lines run for a moment, but hey, the house was built in 1905 so we understand and do not find this an issue. We have stayed in numerous Monterey Rentals properties over the past 6 years and are always 5 stars pleased. We've already booked another week long stay at A Tiny House! We are at Gingerbread House with larger group in September and Blue Horizons in October! Can't wait.

The tiny house was perfect for our anniversary getaway! The place had everything we needed and the location is perfect for walking down to Lovers Point and beach areas and up to Pacific Grove where there are plenty of great restaurants and shops to enjoy!
