About this house rental

Relax in this beautifully remodeled 1917 mission style home. Featuring original maple floors. You can relax by the pellet fireplace in the living room or enjoy a family meal in the large dining room. Complete with a breakfast bar and a coffee corner, coffee and teas provided! Our family room has a 58” tv with a DVD player & movies to watch. There is also WiFi with up to 200 mbps internet. There is fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food) with all new appliances. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, towels and soaps are supplied. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a large walk-in closet with a stackable washer & dryer (laundry soaps available). The other bedroom has a full size bed. Both are complete with linens. And you can enjoy the view of Colville mnt while sitting on the porch swing.

Absolutely fabulous! Conveniently located. Check in was easy. Quaint old craftsman style home. Very clean & cozy. Plenty of amenities. Very nice kitchen with plenty of cookware & utensils. Also, there is a double basket Ninja air fryer! Very nice coffee bar with single serve Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating. Excellent hosts, great communication. HIGHY RECOMMEND!!

Stayed here at least 8-10 times now. Julie and her husband are top notch and address everything in a timely fashion. This sŵeet Craftman home is very spacious lots of amenities. Close to everything: Safeway Walmart gas down town, etc. Very quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. VERY reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend it. Its our home away from home, literally.

This place was super nice to stay at. It was really close to downtown and not hard to get to. Inside is really nice and has the home feel to it. Had a washer and dryer in the main bedroom. The people we dealt with, I think they are the owners, are absolutely wonderful people and helped us out so much. We are planning on moving up to this area and they recommended a wonderful relator that has been nothing short of amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for something close to everything, even walking distance close, to restaurants and bars.

All I can say is WOW!! We wanted something besides a hotel for our stay for a funeral and this was such an perfect little place. Exactly as advertised and located. It was super clean and everything was in great shape and even the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. No complaints. I have kids who are up at 4 am so I'm not so sure everyone loved us but it was a perfect little place to stay. Thank you Julie and Randy!!

This property was one of the cleanest places I have stayed! The little finishes and attention to detail topped off the stay. A lot of little items you forget, they thought of it. It was easy to find anything we needed. My only suggestion is the listing should have mentioned it is a tri-plex so we would know there were people living above and below the main floor.

Have been staying at this same VRBO location in Colville, WA over the past 4-5 years. Never a disappointment, close to everything. Dealing with Julie and her husband, son has always been great too, even for minor things. Great stay, highly recommend this location, most bang for the buckl.

I liked this property. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for my family to sit around and visit. The location is great as you can walk to most places in town. Julie, the host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would have liked to have known ahead of time that there are other people living in the house above and below. We weren't aware of this until we saw ( and heard) multiple people walking around. Overall I would recommend this property.

Mom and I stayed a week in Colville to research her family history. We found my great grandparent's memorial at the local cemetary, went to Canada for lunch one day, over to Idaho for dinner another day, then stopped at Coulee Dam and Leavenworth on the way home. Lost count how many stays we've had, but each one was perfect. Julie and her husband are fun and easy to deal with, attentive, cordial, fast and efficient is anything were to go wrong. They want your stay to be the best possible. Close to everything: Safeway, Walmart, downtown, gas, car wash, other stores like Ace hardware, restaurants. Have looked at other VRBO listings but this is the best bang for the buck. Check-in & out is easy. Well-appointed kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom; cable TV with access to streaming.

We've stayed here a couple times, and will continue to do so when we're in town (we have family locally). Plenty of space, always so clean, convenience of basic amenities plus some, its just so comfortable, cute and convenient. We especially appreciate the basket of snacks anf the coffee bar! The home is very well cared for and updated in just the right ways. The general architecture, (well maintained) wood floors, etc hint of a time long past. We just love it!!!

Unfortunately I was in Colville for my mom's memorial, but it was nice to have a place for close family to gather afterwards and share pictures and stories. Julie was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. The only issues were that the heaters didn't work and that the website sent with directions for the coded lock didn't work (but was able to figure it out).
