LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 10:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)
TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.
POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone.
POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool.
GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.
PARKING: One car can be parked into the backyard. Paid parking on same street, but free and easy parking one street up.
PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.
CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipment, disabled equipments…)

The house is very spacious. It could easily sleep 20 people. It has a Casita that sleeps 5 people and another area that sleeps 7-8 plus 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each.
The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. It does have a hot tub, but we did jot use it. The backyard is very relaxing, specially with the water future.
The area is very central close to the shops and markets.
We would definitely come back.

We had a bachelor party with 13 of us staying here and it accomodated all of us very well. Backyard and hot tub was a nice touch and we spent a lot of time out there. Inside was spacious enough for us all to hang out together. Kitchen was well stocked (only missing an oven, which was strange!). Overall, good place for the price in Miami.
