Two king bedrooms plus a twin bed, all on one level with no stairs. Enjoy a peaceful North Raleigh stay with two full baths, a private fenced patio, dedicated workspace and full kitchen, conveniently located near Crabtree, North Hills, UNC Rex and Raleigh’s major attractions.

★ Keurig with starter coffee pods (drip machine also available)
★ Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash
★ All bed linens, towels, wash cloths, dish rags (one towel/hand towel/wash cloth per guest)

★ Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal)
★ Laundry pods
★ Dish pods/dish soap/sponge
★ Card and board games for kids and adults
This home is personally owned and managed by us. We visit it frequently and care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.
Other Things to Note:
Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled Guest and found around the neighborhood.
Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $135 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.
No free early check-in or late check-out offered. $25/hr if available. May not know availability until day before/day of. Payment required in advance.

Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!

The whole house was very well stocked with anything we needed and then some! It was very clean and in such a nice and quiet neighborhood.
