Feel free to connect with the wireless internet access to book a winery tour or tee time at a nearby golf course! A comfortable sofa and armchair invite you to sit back with a book or simply relax.
You can cook with ease in the full kitchen, tastefully decorated and featuring all the modern appliances and amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. In the morning, sip your coffee made from the Keurig while seated at the counter, where barstools comfortably seat 4.
After a day on the bay, cool off in the A/C thanks to the newly installed mini-split air conditioning unit and refresh in the full bathroom before climbing into the queen-sized bed for a good night's sleep. The bed is situated in a corner sleeping nook, providing a private space to rest for the following day.

You can try your luck at the Leelanau Sands Casino just 4.5 miles away, or head out to Manitou Islands or Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park for more outdoor adventure!

The outdoor setting exceeded our expectations. The location is perfectly located tucked among trees, the bay and walking to restaurants. The apartment was described well in the information and was a great price. We would like to come back to a cottage with a view next time. The views are stellar and worth the extra price.

This loft apartment was in a very good location. Downtown was easily walkable and a very nice bike/walking trail was just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was adequate for a week-long, two-person stay and there was plenty of space for two. The traffic noise was not a problem with the air condition on.

My husband and I took a week away. This was the perfect little place. Close to the lake, private beach, walking distance to downtown. Driving to local small towns was close as well. We went to the Cherry Festival in Traverse City and it was around a 30 min drive.We definitely plan to return!

Private space next to M-22. Great for a couple. Very close to downtown Sutton's Bay and direct;y across the road from banking, grocery shopping, laundromat and dining.
Traffic noise was very bad though. I thought that one of the windows was open it was so loud. Buildings and property need a little better upkeep but are adequate.
