A super, well appointed detached brick and flint bungalow tucked away in a peaceful residential area, just ten minutes walk away from the centre of North Norfolk's prettiest village, Burnham Market. Spring Cottage will appeal to all manner of holidaymakers - families, couples and friends - who are looking for a peaceful location, a lovely open outlook and the benefit off road parking.
A much loved family holiday home for many years, Spring Cottage presents with a welcoming home-from-home ambience. The light and airy single storey accommodation enjoys a relaxing coastal theme, with a blue hue in the decor carried throughout, with all principal rooms rooms leading off the entrance hallway. A well-equipped contemporary dining kitchen is a bright and spacious sociable space where everyone can get together while preparing something delicious to eat and perhaps a chance to enjoy some of the fabulous local produce. The sitting room next door is the perfect post-dining option, designed for relaxation, gathering together at the end of the day, catching up or making plans. Patio doors slide open to the garden and make the most of the panoramic view across the fields. There's a widescreen Smart television, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games for when entertainment is on the cards, plus a warming wood burning stove to light on cooler days. When it's time to retire, three lovely tempting bedrooms await (a super-king, a king-size and and full size twin room) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. On summer days, the garden with wild meadow planting is a delightful option for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun's rays and just chilling out.
Spring Cottage provides an ideal base for exploring both the local area and further afield, with easy access to beautiful coastal and rural North Norfolk, and equally just the place to be if you feel like 'staying at home'. When you feel like stretching your legs, take a stroll into Burnham Market for a mooch around the shops, perhaps a spa treatment, maybe a bite to eat or why not catch the Coasthopper bus and have a day out visiting the other villages and attractions along the coast, including the truly stunning nearby beaches.
