About this cabin rental
This is the perfect home-base for your Yellowstone adventure. Super-convenient and easy to find, less than a mile from US Highway 20 on a paved road and within 20 minutes from West Yellowstone.
Private well with safe, reliable water.
Clean, comfortable and fully-equipped, this whole-log cabin has a main floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a loft. A newly-remodeled kitchen opens to a large dining and living area, with a toasty propane stove and comfortable sectional couches with recliners.
Upstairs you’ll find a roomy loft, with natural wood railing, a second TV lounge area and three more queen beds. Ceiling fans keep the air moving and huge windows provide lots of natural light and great views.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, including pans, dishes, flatware, electric skillet, crock pot, seasonings, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The large dining table easily seats 6 and the breakfast counter seats two more. For even more seating, extra chairs and a table leaf are stored upstairs.
Both TVs have DVD players and Roku boxes for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Free WiFi internet is provided, and cellular service is good in the area. Check-in is easy – let yourself in at any hour with your personal deadbolt code. Bring your canine family members along for a small additional fee. The driveway is large enough for at least two pickups with trailers and there’s a large public parking area on Highway 20.
This area is packed with outdoor recreation opportunities, including world-class fly fishing, auto touring, renowned snowmobiling, many miles of trails for ATV riding, motorcycling, boating, skiing, hiking, wildlife watching, hunting, and other alpine recreation. After the high-energy fun, dial it back with an open fire under the stars or a barbeque on the deck. Or just relax and hang out in the woods.
In addition to Yellowstone Park and all the local fun, the cabin is close enough for daytrips to Jackson Hole and Teton Park (~ 2.5 hr). Nearby attractions include Upper and Lower Mesa Falls (40 min), Herriman State Park (20 min), Hebgen Lake (40 min), Earthquake Lake (30 min) and much more.

I loved staying at the cabin with my family. It is very big and comfortable for a large family. The loft upstairs is great for the kids to hang out and stay up late. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights the end of Jun leaving 1 July. Sadly it was cold and rainy but we still had a great time. My 11 or old grandson loves to fish. We were able to fish the snake river and Henry's lake and still make it into Yellowstone a couple of days. We took the kids to the Bear and Wolf discovery Center as well. The cabin is a perfect place to enjoy everything close by. The kids saw wild life a short distance from the cabin. Chris the owners are very attentive and helped with great directions and made the visit a enjoyable time.

Excellent communication with the owner, cabin was clean and well stocked. Great location with easy access to Yellowstone National Park via West Yellowstone. Groceries and gas available nearby in island park or west Yellowstone. Quiet at night, comfortable.
