About this house rental
Summary:
Step back in time at "Groovin' Getaway," a retro-inspired 4-bedroom, 3-bath 2,300 sq ft home. Three of the spacious bedrooms, including the master suite, are located on the main floor, with a fourth bedroom and bathroom upstairs for extra privacy. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a fire pit, BBQ, game room, and access to 2 community pools & parks including basketball, pickle ball, and playgrounds. Be sure to unwind with some classic tunes on the record player, complete with vinyls!
The Space:
Below are the bedroom configurations:
Bedroom 1: Main floor, King master suite (attached full bath)
Bedroom 2: Main floor, queen bed, shared bath with Room 3
Bedroom 3: Main floor, queen bed, shared bath with bedroom 2
Bedroom 4: Upstairs, 2 queen over King bunk beds (4 beds total), full bathroom. Top bunks are best suited for kids
Please note the following:
- We provide pickle ball set, tennis set, basketballs, soccer balls, and footballs for you to enjoy at the park
- Every room has a smart TV (must log into your own services)
- Every bedroom has blackout curtains
- Laundry room is downstairs
- Garage is the game room (temp controlled with a mini split)
- There is a pack n play in the master
- 2 queen sized air mattresses in the home
- Kitchen is fully equipped with seasonings, oil, baggies, tupperware, bakeware, air fryer, etc
- Starter laundry supplies, coffee, and toiletries are provided. If you run out, plan to buy what else you may need
PLEASE READ REGARDING PETS:
- Only dogs are allowed and there is a maximum of 2 (please note dogs in your booking inquiry)
- A $100 pet fee per pet will be charged
- No dogs on furniture & you must pick up after them
- If any excessive damage or cleaning is required due to the pets, you will be charged accordingly
HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet hours: 9pm-7am. These are strictly enforced in the backyard.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERING WITHOUT PERMISSION, please ask before booking
- There are 2 exterior cameras. Do not cover them or turn the off. If you do, you will be fined $100.
Guest Access:
Full Access to the home via smart lock with the exception of a few locked closets for supplies. Garage will not be used for parking.
There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and street parking available close by if needed.
Other Things to Note:
This is a very family friendly neighborhood so please keep that in mind when booking our home! This is not a place to party or be loud late into the night. There are exterior cameras on the front and back of the house.

We will be available through the Airbnb app throughout your stay!

The home was precisely as described and worked well for our family. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great place to all be together. The home was stocked with ample kitchenware which was a huge plus! The beds were quite comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Great space for a larger family or group.

The experience started immediately after opening the door with a record player, vinyl albums and neon lights. Just beyond that was the game room. Then, out the back door, there were additional yard games. It was an immediate hit with our grandchildren.The bedrooms were lovely and that bunkbed room...WOW! Two bunks with kings on the bottom and queens above. Over the top. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having three bathrooms.The kitchen was probably the most well-stocked kitchen we've ever had at a rental.Our only disappointment was the pools being closed. It's pretty much Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend only.Bottom line - we'll likely stay here again.

We traveled with our three daughters, their husbands and our grandchildren- for 3 nights. We found this home wonderful for such a busy group!The master bedroom was large with a beautiful bathroom/master closet set up: a small could have slept two kids in there! We were able to set up one of the house queen air mattress along the wall near the king bed- for a 2 and 6 year old brothers:We loved the upstairs bunk room! Two king sized bottom mattresses with large queen sized top bunks! Slept a family of 5 there. The two other bedrooms had queen sized beds and regular closets. We don’t watch any TV in our bedrooms- too much to do!We enjoyed the large great room with kitchen. The nice gas oven, dishwasher, large fridge were great! Room for 8 around the dining table with 4 barstools at the counter worked wonderful for meals.We enjoyed the community pools/playground and all the grassy areas:Would definitely book again!

Such a fun theme and a great location for our multi-family get together. The pool table, ping pong table and yard games were all used and so much fun! With the double bunk beds upstairs everyone had their own bed which was perfect! Definitely recommend for a big family get together. Fun spaces when everyone wants to get together but plenty of space when someone needs a reboot.
