This chic condo is a fantastic option for entertainment and relaxation. Four people may easily stay in this recently remodeled one-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the exclusive El Cortecito neighborhood of Punta Cana. It provides a tranquil haven away from the bustle while remaining easily accessible to everything Punta Cana has to offer, including the stunning Bavaro beach. Savor all the conveniences of home, such as quick WiFi, a smart TV, air conditioning, a private patio, and much more.
The Space*
Our stunning, second-floor, one-bedroom, four-person condo has two bathrooms and is surrounded by a 24-hour secured community. The stunning Bavaro Beach, with its white sand beaches and calm, blue Caribbean Sea waves, is only a short stroll away from here. The apartment is near a money exchange, restaurants, shops, bakeries, grocery stores, and water sports. This property sleeps up to four people and is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a fully functional kitchen with all the appliances needed for cooking, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, fast internet, easy check-in and check-out, and two complete bathrooms.
Guest Access*
You will get exclusive usage of the entire condo to use anyway you please. You will have complete access to the pool, lounge chairs, shower, and one parking space in addition to other communal spaces.
An email with check-in information will be sent to you three days before your scheduled arrival.
The entire condo, including the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedroom, and pool, will be available to our guests. Your own washer/dryer, iron, and parking space. You are going to be spending some time here, so get ready to enjoy.
Public access is available to "Playa Los Corales," "Playa El Cortecito," and the settlements of "Los Corales" and "El Cortecito". extremely strollable.

By booking this property you agree that you have fully read and will follow all house rules, terms, policies, and conditions. By booking you also agree to automatically comply to the immediate termination of your reservation if you or any of your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement. There is no daily or mid stay housekeeping services. Linens and bath towels are located in the linen closets. We do not provide additional towels or bed sheets during your stay. There is a washer and dryer that you can use.
*No parties or events.
*Only registered Guests.
*Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the toilets
*Check-out time at 11am
Guidelines of the condominium:
* No loud music at night
* Avoid littering in the garden
* No honking late at night

Super clean unit, comfy bed, absolutely everything is provided to make the condo feel like home. The only downside was communication. It would have been great if questions were answered and requests were granted, but we figured it out......just remember, you're on Dominican time. A lot of ex-pats staying or living in the complex are there to answer questions and offer suggestions. The beach is about a 10 min walk, restaurants are nearby, and a bank ATM for Dominican Pesos is right around the corner.

The apartment is very close to the town center. The complex is like an oasis. It's very private and quiet. It has a tropical vibe. The people were very friendly. I liked that everything was walkable.

The property was kept very clean and there is 24 hour security. I felt very welcomed there by some of the residents that own condos in the complex. Have made some new friends! The convienence of being able to walk to the market, restaurants and the beach was definitly a plus. I will be going back to this location for sure.
