Perched above the broad, shimmering waters of the Clarence River, this easy-going waterside retreat invites you to slow your pace and settle into river life. Mornings begin with birdsong and sunlight dancing across the water; evenings drift by on the terrace as the river changes colour with the fading light.
Inside, four generous bedrooms offer plenty of room for family and friends, while the spacious open-plan living area is framed by sweeping views across the bay. Glass doors slide open to a sun-warmed deck with a barbecue, made for long lunches, fresh seafood and lingering conversations beneath the stars.
Beyond the house, the river is part of everyday life. Wander down to the sandy beach for a paddle, launch a kayak for a quiet exploration of the shoreline, or simply sit with a book and the sound of water lapping nearby. A private jetty stretches into the canal, perfect for fishing, mooring a boat, or watching pelicans glide past on the tide.
