Modern apartment, with a 180º panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, either from the bedroom, the living room or the balcony. Very comfortable apartment, fully furnished, TV with over 100 channels, WIFI Internet, Kitchenette with washing machine, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

The space:
Very comfortable apartment with an infinite view over the Atlantic Ocean, over the bay, village, castle and mountains. Located on one of the slopes of Sesimbra 1km from the beach. Ideal for family holidays or for two.
When you enter the apartment you have the feeling of being inside a floating boat. Being away from the confusion of the village of Sesimbra we have the privilege of being able to hear the sea and the seagulls.
Those looking for a peaceful vacation, but close to everything, this apartment is ideal. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Sesimbra - Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, with a superb view over the Atlantic Ocean and Vila de Sesimbra. But at the same time it is very close to the Center of Vila de Sesimbra, Arrábida, Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra for those looking to know a little more of Portugal.
They can do various water sports, boat trips to get to know the local beaches, visit the dolphins, paradisiacal beaches and walking or cycling in the Serra da Arrábida. There is also a paragliding trail near the apartment.

We returned to this development after 5 years and stayed in a comfortable, stylish and spacious apartment well managed by Carla. The views of the Atlantic are quite amazing. A car is essential for this vacation and you have to accept the property re- development opposite will cause modest noise. Since 2019 little has been done to repair the honeycomb concrete on the exterior of the apartments in which we stayed so where from here ?
