Perfect location. Direct line of sight to the pool and gulf beyond. Short walk to the beach. Lower level. So, no stairs. Yeah! The place looks brand new. We've been to Sanibel several times, and this is now our favorite place to stay. Outstanding.

Great location, and easy access to the beach. It was great to have access to beach chairs and umbrella. The gas grill allowed us to eat in too. Well be back!
