Fancy a holiday in the great outdoors? Come and discover this welcoming chalet with an area of 41m2 located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Located in a secure residence with a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round, a small leisure area and a room with a few exercise machines. This chalet is the ideal place to spend your holidays with friends or family. Bright and well-organised, you will find all the comfort necessary to spend a pleasant holiday in complete peace and quiet.
Enter and discover the fully equipped American kitchen with: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Senseo, deep fryer, toaster, kettle, citrus press and all the utensils you may need. The dining room table invites you to gather around a delicious meal prepared by your own hands whilst the TV corner sofa will invite you to relax after a long day of activities. No need to worry in case of extreme heat, the lounge is air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer as well as a separate WC complete the living area.
Night side you will find a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a television and its en-suite bathroom with WC, the two other bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (80x190).
The large terrace fitted out and equipped with a pergola with electric blind will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. It has an equipped outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a large table, garden furniture and sun loungers. Everything you need to enjoy lovely summer barbecues and relax in the Vendée sunshine. Everything is in place to unwind and make the most of your holiday!

- For added convenience, the rental also has a washing machine, an iron and 3 private outdoor parking spaces. On the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
