St Simons Rentals is proud to present Mariner Cottage. This lovely cottage is located in the beautiful seaside community of Coast Cottages. The award winning community boasts of two pools and beach access with a boardwalk at a wide section of the St. Simon’s beach. Go for a morning stroll, only a short walk to the beach.
Mariner Cottage, built in 2000, has a unique feature of a stunning living room built in the shape of a lighthouse. A great place to relax with family and friends, this room is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows. At night the lighting is spectacular and lends a cozy, comfortable, relaxed feeling to the room.
This three-story home has the living area and kitchen on the top floor. Enjoy the front and back porches with one of St. Simon’s beautiful live oaks just off the front porch and a lovely view of Coast Cottage Lane off the back covered porch.
You need not worry about carrying groceries to the top floor. Just hop on the elevator and ride to the top.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The second floor also has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a King size bed is located on the second floor with a private bathroom. Also located on the 2nd floor is the 4th bedroom that features 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
Enjoy a bike ride into the village or take a longer trip to the north end of the island to see the beautiful setting of Christ Church amongst the hundred-year-old live oaks. Another St. Simon’s favorite is an early morning bike ride to the beach to see the sunrise. We have bikes available for rent.

Great place! Easy walking access to the beach and community pools. A few minutes drive from multiple restaurants. Plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for big families.

We had a fabulous stay and wonderful weather. Two parents and 4 kids. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use, the living room on the top floor was comfortable and had great morning sunshine. Pool was great for kids and sunning, and beach access was so easy. Easy bike path access to the village, beaches, and fishing spots. Hosts were great. No complaints and we hope to visit again! A great vacation!

Nice house, but needs some tlc. Appears to be heavily used and needs some repair. Light bulbs burned out and need to be replaced, furniture and beds overused/wornout. Good location and easy access to the beach and pool. Parking easy.
