Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

This unit at plantation palms was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was wonderful and responded immediately if needed. I’m giving 5 stars because our issues weren’t their fault.However, Plantation Palms as a whole was disappointing. If you’re going with kids and a fun group of people, expect to have complaints from permanent residents and security called on you for everything. It was more like a retirement community than a fun family vacation spot.

Plantation was great, great amenities, great location! The bed in the master bedroom was the worst bed ever, no support at all, it bowed in the middle. The sofa was wet when we checked in, it had a foul oder, the cushions were completely wore out as well as the pull out bed. The rest of the condo was ok.
