This house was clean and comfortable and within a 15 minute walk of the Riccarton Mall, which was handy.Our party used the two king beds, which we found to be comfortable for our 5 night stay. It was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day.We stayed in late April, which was amazingly warm and sunny and the only thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of drapes in the lounge area. This area gets full afternoon sun and the net curtains weren't able to keep the sun out to a comfortable level. This could easily be rectified by fitting drapes.

The hosts were extremely responsive, not that we really needed anything. We couldn't have been happier with the place. It was close to groceries and shopping and could easily to get other places in town. It was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4.We highly recommend staying here!
