Our oldest son, wife and 2 teenage boys stayed. We own unit on top level and needed extra room over the holiday. Bottom unit is very nice to have close to boat.

The condo was very nice, once we were in it. It was spacious and clean.
However, we were told that there were 2 steps up and 16 steps down from the parking lot to the door of the condo. There were TWO sets of two steps up and 16 steps down. A total of 36 steps from the parking lot to the condo door. The reason I asked is because I have knee problems and if I knew there were 36 steps, we would not have booked this unit. It was quite a challenge.

Great location. Had read some of the reviews prior so knew there were quite a few stairs to get down to the unit. Pool was clean. I had also read a review from last year about the bedding being dirty. Unfortunately, our bedding was also dirty. Random hairs. Mattress pad on the pull out
