About this apartment rental

Located in the heart of Park City Mountain Village, this ski-in/ski-out Lowell Condo offers Premier accommodations for up to 6. This property of perfect for two couples who want to be close to it all.

In the winter, guests can ski-in/ski-out from the base of Park City Mountain and in summer, access hundreds of trails right from your door by biking or hiking. This property is less than a minute walk to the complimentary town shuttle system allowing access to all Park City has to offer.

This gorgeous condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a lush king bed with en suite bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds (that can be made into a king with 24-hours advance notice) and a bathroom across the hall.

The gourmet chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and it is open to the comfortable living and dining area. The comfortable queen sleeper sofa provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The hardwood floors, flat screen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and views create a relaxing environment to spend time and make memories. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

After the day exploring, take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub on the pool deck. There's also a fitness center for guests to enjoy. Complimentary fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer in property, garage parking. Premier rating.

Was a perfect place for our group. Pictures are representative of the accommodations. Couldn't beat the location for getting to the mountain. Was a little confusing finding the parking under the building when we first arrived but everything was great.

We spent a month at this property during the summer of 2021 so our review is from a longer term rental perspective. We'll start with Jeff in the office, who was awesome during our stay with communication and any requests that we had! The location of the Lowell is amazing! Right at the base of PC mountain and easy walking distance to Main Street plus a transit bus stop right outside the door! Plenty of activities within easy walking distance and no need to get in your car! The Unit was nice sized with two large bedrooms and baths along with large windows with plenty of light. The kitchen had nice appliances although it could use some additional dinnerware and a refresh of the pots, pans and cooking utensils. If you're just in for a short visit, probably not an issue if you're eating out primarily. The weight room and pool/spa area was well equipped and welcomed after a long day of hiking. We had a few small issues that did come up during our month's stay but none were a deal breaker. Our unit looked out over the parking lot & a main delivery door for the Marriott Mountain side property so it would get noisy very early in the mornings Monday - Friday starting around 6:15 am as supply trucks arrived to drop off goods. A unit facing the North would be a better location if you're a light sleeper. The other issue was that when it was busy in the building, you had to use the car elevator to park on a lower level. Not an issue if you have a car but an SUV or truck was a problem as the maximum height was 6', so be aware. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!
