In a farmhouse near La Ferté-Vidame and the Parc Saint-Simon, the former residence of the illustrious memoirist of the Sun King, lies a charming old bourgeois house in a peaceful, natural, and verdant setting. Semi-detached house (160 m²) with no overlooking neighbors, located at the back of the farm, guaranteed tranquility, with its own 1-hectare pond (accessible via a gate), situated near the Senonches forest (mushrooms) and in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, comprising:
Ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave
Living room with TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi access
Dining room
Bathroom with washing machine, separate WC
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (cot and baby equipment)
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed

Swimming pool located on the hosts' property. It is heated and covered (open from April 15th to mid-October, weather permitting). Dimensions: 8 x 4 m, depth: 1.10 to 1.70 m): unsupervised swimming. Pool opening hours: 9 am to 7 pm.
Possibility of visiting the working farm.
Pets are not allowed. There are no suitable facilities.
Due to the unsupervised bodies of water (pond, swimming pool), the owners decline all responsibility in case of accident. The same applies to the agricultural part of the farm (stable, barn, tractor, etc.).
Check-in/Check-out times for weekly rentals: Saturday arrival 4 PM and Saturday departure 10 AM.
Check-in/Check-out times for weekend rentals: Friday arrival 6 PM and Sunday departure 6 PM. Flexibility possible.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
