Apartment very spacious, well equipped and clean. Located very close to the ‘centre’ of Lucca so it is quick & easy to walk to everything, but off the main streets so it is not too busy and feels very local / private. Escalator access excellent for those with mobility issues. There is a supermarket less than 1 minute walk away and bakeries for breakfast items very close by. Welcome & information from Lucca apartments team was excellent - easy to contact and always happy to help with any queries.
We didn’t use the coffee machines in the end as I was unsure of which pods etc were compatible. Any info on this would be helpful

The apartment is clean and spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect- close to city centre, small supermarket and car park. The terrace is a great addition to the property. Stella, our house manager, was very helpful and friendly, with excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended.

Stella greeted us and informed us of all the amenities. She also gave us a follow-up call to assure everything was OK and that we didn't have any questions. Her service was five star.

The apartment is so lovely, the location is excellent and Lucca does not disappoint! The check in process was easy and Stella was very helpful and responsive.
