About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, light-filled flat within the residence, boasting mountain views, with a floor area of 30 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area with sleeping space for three, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (with a bath). You can enjoy a garden (belonging to the residence) of approximately 1,000 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area: an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area seating five, a lounge area with two single sofa beds plus a pull-out bed (sleeps three in total), and a large bay window opening onto the 8 m² corner balcony.
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, kettle, fridge, filter coffee machine and pod coffee machine
- A bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard
- A bathroom with a bath and an electric towel warmer
- A separate toilet
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with two televisions offering access to over 1,000 channels, including several international ones.
Outdoors:
- A south-west-facing balcony of approximately 8 m² with mountain views and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A garden belonging to the residence (not fenced off)
- A ski storage room
Near the residence, you’ll find the Pré Long shopping centre, the municipal swimming pool, the Pontillas lake and access to the ski lifts. The Alpaga residence is situated in the centre of the resort of La Salle-les-Alpes. You can reach the slopes of Serre Chevalier Vallée via the Aravet, Fréjus and Pontillas cable cars, located 300 metres from your holiday let.
Access to the ski slopes:
- Ski lifts: Aravet, Fréjus, Pontillas and Casse du Boeuf gondola lifts, between 100m and 500m from the residence.
- Ski area: 250 km of slopes, 80 per cent of which are at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, spread over 410 hectares
Activities:
- Playground, picnic tables, hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, swimming, aquabike, downhill skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, natural swimming, trampoline, mini-golf, inflatable play structures, ice rink, paintball / laser tag, BMX track, treetop adventure course, climbing wall, boules court, pedal go-karts, skate park, guides’ office and ESF, tourist information centre, yoga, wellness activities, disabled sports, heritage events (museums, guided tours, exhibitions, talks, etc.), children’s activities (0–2 years, 2–5 years, 6–10 years, 10 years and over), numerous village events (welcome drinks, workshops, tournaments, games, treasure hunts, concerts, shows, etc.), municipal library.

Carpe Diem à L’Alpaga "Clean & tidy. The apartment is good for two people & well situated for skiing
🙂 Great location. A small studio flat ideal for a couple or 2 unattached people- 1 of whom can use the couch
🙁 Sheets and towels are not provided
It was difficult to shower without getting water on the floor
The small wall mounted TV was tricky to operate
It would be useful to display the wifi code in an arrival pack
It has a wrap around balcony but this seemed to be mainly in the shade- probably desirable in the heat of the summer"

Good host, property was good value for money with amenities close by. Had to pay 50 cleaning fee for leaving food in the fridge and not stripping the bed linens (which is understandable). However, check out instructions were sent by the owner at 11:55AM, and by that time we had already checked out and unaware of the mandatory instructions. There was also a hole on the balcony full of cigarette ends. The owners stance on property cleanliness is therefore quite contradictory and disappointing. Nonetheless, the apartment itself was perfect and would recommend.
