Designed for comfort and elegance, this modern home features standout amenities, including a mineral lap pool and a quasi-outdoor bathroom attached to the master suite. Perfect for relaxation or adventure, Bluewater Escape offers an unforgettable experience.
The home boasts dual living spaces, with a spacious open-plan design. The master suite has direct pool access, while two additional bedrooms are in a self-contained section with a second bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area—ideal for families or groups seeking privacy. Guests can enjoy full access to the pool, outdoor dining, and entertainment spaces. While the garage is not accessible, private parking is available on-site. Our team is always on hand to ensure a seamless stay.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
Pet Policy:
All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
No hunting dogs.
Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only.
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.
Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.
Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
No dogs on the furniture.
No dogs in the swimming pool
No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.
A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
