Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-

Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #61 - The Winchester Peak Chalet!
This delightful 1-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is absolutely perfect for
your family's vacation. Upon entering through the front door, you'll discover
an open and airy kitchen, dining, and living area with stainless steel
appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, a large dining table
with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, and a comfy living
space accompanied by a free standing gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a flat
screen monitor with a Blu Ray player. Proceeding down the hallway, you'll
discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a ¾-bath with a stack washer and
dryer, a second bedroom…also with 1-queen sized bed a third primary bedroom
with 1-full sized bed and a ½-bath. A tankless water heater serves the cabin
with an endless supply of hot water. Just outside the front door you'll find a
gas grill, and on the side yard the cabin has its own private hot tub. This
pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored
family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum
Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures
are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation
refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They
should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via
a different provider.

We had two nights in this cabin and it was very comfortable for the 6 of us. The hot tub is wonderful after skiing, and all of the furniture was very cozy!
