The condo was beautiful and very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of four, down celebrating our friends birthday.
Location is fantastic, as there are not a lot of units in the building, so the beach is not overcrowded. Had an A/C issue and it was handled very quickly.
We are planning out next trip already.

The dishes were not very clean. The frying pans were awful. We bought two new none pans and left them there for future guests. The decor in the condo was good.

The room was clean and comfortable, the view was fantastic, and access was quick and easy. Could not ask for better!

The negatives: the property was not very clean, the water jets in the master bath were gross, there was a paper towel with used coffee grounds in the coffee pot, the gate code did not work, the master bed was uncomfortable, the bunk beds were not good (too small) for my tiny teenage girls, the neighborhood was loud and intense, and there was a lot of mold on the patio furniture, especially the only padding on one of the lounges.
The positives: the a/c worked great, the balcony view was amazing, the location was close to many nice places in town, the bed was nice in the third bedroom, and the living room furniture was very comfortable.
