We had a fabulous time at this home. The Host went over and above what could possibly be expected. The amenities are wonderful. The adults appreciated the comfortable beds with ample bathrooms For this, Mimi and Papa and our three young families. The children absolutely loved their themed rooms and the rec room.

The house provided enough space for what we needed. However, we did not receive the same house shown in the photos. I feel like this was a bit of bait and switch. The house was listed as handicap accessible. I contacted the manager to verify as we had someone in a wheelchair traveling with us. It was in fact not at all accessible. We had to use a series of our own ramps just to enter the house. The showers were also not accessible. The house looked as though it was nice when first built but had not been maintained nicely. Its the little details like weeds in the pool area and unpainted repairs on the walls that really took away from the experience.The hot tub does not stay hot and needs to be preheated for an hour before each use. Not very convenient. We got a fairly good deal because we came during the off season. But, if I had paid more I would be really upset at the lack of quality in this house. I will end on a positive note and say that the beds were very comfortable.
