What if I have to cancel:
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Fantastic property with a great view of the pond. This is the nicest property I’ve stayed in since renting in Sea Colony over 20 years. It’s nice to see a renovated, clean property with comfortable furnishings and fully stocked kitchen.

The place was beautiful. It felt like it had never been stayed in—brand new. The decor was lovely with all of the things you could need at the beach, including beautiful new beach cruisers. My son was thrilled.
