About this cabin rental
Malabar Cover is a cozy, quiet, and relaxing lakefront home on the Little Bay De Noc portion of Lake Michigan. The home has a huge backyard on the lake, which provides lots of space for kids to play. Three kayaks are included! The backyard also has a large deck with outdoor furniture and a very nice firepit for bonfires. Inside, the home is very cozy with a woodsy and nautical theme throughout the home. This is a great place for exploring the U.P. or just relaxing and enjoying the beauty!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) WATER: The property has well water, which can cause the water to possibly have an iron taste and slight odor. We recommend using bottled water.
2) PET POLICY: All pets are strictly prohibited at the property.
3) AIR CONDITIONING: The property has 2 mini-split A/C units (one in the living room and one in the kitchen), which does keep the house generally quite cool. The home does not have central air conditioning though.
4) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.
5) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.
6) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

Malabar Resort was great for our ice fishing trip. Easy on and off the ice. We enjoyed the den with a fireplace and tv to relax at night.
